What better way to celebrate spring’s bounty than to shove it between two pieces of artisanal bread and smother with cheese?

Tillamook unveiled beautiful new packaging this year so naturally we used it to make a Kentucky Derby hat.
We put the pie flavored ice cream…in a pie. 🤯
